Terms of Service & Data Privacy Policy

1. Engagement & Service Scope
Just Consult Adrian ("the Agency") provides web engineering, digital services, technical search optimization (SEO), and corporate governance consultancy. All client engagements are subject to a formal scope definition outlined in the issued invoice or master retainer agreement. Any additional features or out-of-scope revisions will be billed according to standard agency rates.
2. Payment Terms & Multi-Currency Settlement
All services are priced in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments rendered in local currency (ZiG) are subject to conversion rates prevailing on the transaction date as mandated by applicable financial regulations in Zimbabwe.
- Deposit requirements: A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% is required prior to project kick-off.
- Milestone releases: Final codebases, admin transfer credentials, and live server deployments are released strictly upon full settlement of the remaining balance.
3. Intellectual Property Handover
Upon 100% settlement of all open balances, full ownership rights to bespoke website assets, customized scripts, and design materials transfer entirely to the Client. The Agency retains the right to display completed project screenshots and public case studies within its promotional portfolio unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4. Data Protection & ZDPA Compliance
In compliance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] of Zimbabwe (ZDPA), the Agency collects personal information (such as names, contact emails, and business data) solely for consultation scheduling, project billing, and service fulfillment. Personal data is encrypted in transit and never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
While the Agency implements industry-standard cyber practices and performance optimization, the Agency shall not be liable for third-party hosting outages, domain registrar downtime, or unauthorized client modifications following project handover.
